How many postal stamps do I need to send a letter from Texas to Canada by first class mail?

1. If they're one-cent stamps, you'll need 72 of them. If they're 72-cent stamps, you'll need one of them. If all you have are standard first-class (42 cent) stamps, it's OK to use two of them. As long as you pay at least the proper amount of postage, the Post Office doesn't care if you use too much.
