Postal Letter

I just got a 2nd job at fedex for packge handler. Has anyone done this before and lose weight?? If so how much?

I am have our wedding in June and I am wondering if this job will help to lose weight for before the wedding...Just wanted to know if someone has any personal experience with this?

1. My sister has the same job with UPS. She is really short, only 4'11" and she was far from heavy when she got the job. However, she has dropped about 30 lbs and looks really "cut" now. She has great arm and leg definition. It's a tough job physically but the payoff to your physique could be great!
