Postal Letter

Send an e-mail to an Australian postal address?

I want to send an e-mail to an Australian postal address. Left it too late before Christmas to send a letter and I wonder as to whether there is a service in Australia that I can send an e-mail containing the letter and they will post to the address. OR.......if there is a kind Australian reader who would forward the e-mail by post ? Idea of using DHL or other carrier sounds interesting but at £30 per letter it is too expensive an option.
