Who would have better employment opportunities?

a black women or a latina? considering both women are of same age, educational background, etc the only difference is their racial background who is more likely to get hired 9 times out of 10? all the variables are the same

1. There is no way to know with out doing an experiment. I doubt it would matter much in the long run. I think it would come out to 50/50.
2. Depends on other variables too - such as who they know, who their spouses are, and how they do on the interview. Hispanics are considered "minority" whereas Blacks are severely discriminated against, so really...the job would simply go to a White chick!
