How does United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Boxes and Envelopes work? ?

I sell on Ebay. I want to know how these things work. Like what is the price? What does the weight have to be to send it? Stuff like that. Please only serious answers. Thanks

1. ask about media mail...it is much cheaper
2. flat rate envelope: $4.75 flat rate box: $8-9
