Does usps also deliver in the afternoon if im expecting a package?

i ordered something from Australia and they said they ship it flat rate international, can my order till come in the late evening/afternoon/ or does that type of mail only come in the morning?

1. yes up til 5 mine all ways come at 4 30 never in the morning you could also track the package that is what i do all of the time www.ups.com
2. It will probably come whenever your regular mail comes.
3. It can come in the late afternoon or early evening if that's when the driver gets around to you. You could call the nearest head office of USPS and ask about it, it might be easier if you pick it up there or leave a message that they can leave it on your door step or with a neighbor.
