USPS still has free tracking for first class mail? (United States Postal Service (U.S. Postal Service) )?

Hi all, USPS used to give out a program which you can type in shipping information then create & print out shipping label. I remember it even provide free tracking on first class mail. It's been couple years, and I couldn't find that software again. Is it still exist?

1. It was not free tracking. It was a free/cheap delivery confirmation. Not the same thing (but still useful). Minimum of 65 cents for priority, 75 cents for parcel post.
