Postal Letter

Confused with Fedex tracking. Please take a look.?

So for the past few days I have been a little frustrated with Fedex, apparently they have tried to deliver my package twice but no one was home. This however, is not true. I have been home all day on the days that I was expecting my delivery, they never showed up nor did they leave any sort of door tags. So I called them up yesterday asking them about this and they didn't know what was wrong. They were going to contact the driver but they didn't have his number. Also, I verified my address just to make sure they had it right, and they did. Anyway, my question involves my tracking status. Scheduled delivery is expected for the 5th, but it says it's out for delivery, but also says "Scheduled for delivery next business day." This is my first experience with FedEx and it's not a good one. I've always used UPS and have never had a problem. Thanks.

1. You've likely just run into the tail end of Christmas parcel craziness. The report saying out on delivery means the parcel is actually in a drivers truck. If you have to leave your place on the 5th ~ leave a note at the door for the driver
