1. I think this website is geared towards facts regarding the United States. So in terms of delivering alcohol in the US, your online idea isn't a very bright one. The whole idea is to restrict alcohol availability to minors. Do you think the US postal service or FedEx would have to have new regulations on checking the age of people they deliver a package to?
2. In response to the answer above, there are many alcohol delivery businesses, and carriers for these items (including big names like UPS and FedEx) require age verification of the person receiving the delivery before they hand over the item. As for names, it's all you buddy. I think your name's fine. Just wanted to correct that other answer.
