3. By the looks of things, it's definitely a scam. You should never give out your personal information to the scammers behind this foolishness. Just spam that scam message straight into oblivion right away. Another thing, remember that a raccoon is a wild animal and should never be treated as a pet at all costs. It can still carry rabies.
