Is anyone else having problems on HotJobs?

I was attempting to edit my resume on HotJobs;when I went on "Edit my employment profile",made my changes, and clicked "Save and exit", I get an error message stating: "According to US Postal Service records, the city/state combination you specified "Bronx, NY" doesn't exist. We've made the best guess suggestion for City." I have had my account on HotJobs for some time now,and as long as I have had it,I have lived in Bronx, NY,and there has never been a problem. I tried rebooting my PC to see if that would repair the problem-it doesn't. What is going on with Yahoo-there seems to be problems and/or glitches on all their services.
