Where can I buy the stamps for the United States Postal Service Yearbooks for the years 2000-2007?

My wife is just starting to collect. She ordered the books for those years and thought she was ordering new books with the stamps, but the stamps were not included. Can someone point me to a spot on the web where we can buy those stamps?
