US Postal Service delivery question...?

I order a package from the same shipper once a month and every month 2 days after I order, the track and confirm feature on the USPS site shows the status of my package as "arrival at unit" around 5-5:30am. When ever that happens, the package is delivered later that morning. My question is regarding potential reasons why my package arrived at my post office 3 days ago and the status of "arrival at unit" has not changed and the package has not been delivered. I also wonder what, if any, actions I should take. Thank you very much for any responses, this is a very important monthly order for me and this situation is disconcerting.
