Currently I am a victim of such behavior and find it punitive in nature, I believe it to be discriminating, harrassing, and punitive with malicious intent. I can also be reached at these email addresses: AllysonA@aol.com, and allyson.allen@sbcglobal.net please help.

  1. Harrassment on the job is more likely. There are rules for all businesses to go by to protect their employees-check with complaint avenues within human resourses etc. Also consider the actual person doing this-is it an individual? Does the upper management actually know? We have friends currently in a lawsuit against a manager in a large company who got people fired for spite, made sure they didn't work in the industry again or got the chance to move within the company, threatened and intimidated women, pushed men, hit men, brought hollow point bullets to work (why?) and guns at one point, hit guys in the "bisquits" and told everyone he had slept with those in HR so he controled everything-you need to speak to HR and lodge a formal complaint. If unsatisfied go speak with a lawyer-
