Postal Letter

How come FedEx hasn't update my tracking information in 5 days?

It is August 31 and FedEx has not updated the tracking information since August 26. The item remains in transit and has missed the estimated delivery date. The item has not reached me on the estimated delivery date and there is not one as of now

  1. Call the 800 customer service number to find out. We have no way to know, only FedEx can tell you what is up.
