Why cant i see my tracking for fedex?

i ordered some shoes from solestruck.com 3 days ago, and i tried to view my tracking on their website but it said i didn't have the right tracking number?? how am i supposed to view the tracking?? i want to know when my shoes will arive. btw. im supposed to be getting them from fedex. thanks. btw i tried to click on the comformation e-mail they sent to me & it said my number wasnt right? i dont understand??

1. If the website you bought them from didn't send you the fedex tracking number, you can't check on the shipment. The seller confirmation number has nothing to do with fedex. If you are saying that the confirmation email gives a tracking number but fedex doesn't recognize it, it might be that the seller has tagged the item to ship, but fedex hasn't picked it up yet so doesn't know about it to have the number in their system - check again tonight or tomorrow.
