On ebay, what is 'Sellers Standard International Rate' ?

A week ago I purchase RAM for my computer, and the seller said that he would ship via the service ' Sellers Standard International Rate' What exactly is this ? I live in Canada, and the item is located in the US. Will the seller use USPS to ship my item ? Which company to sellers normally use to ship items via the ' Sellers Standard International Rate' ? I contacted the seller and he said that he already shipped my item....Apparently it takes approximately 2 weeks for an item to arrive at my location in Canada. Regards Jordan
