Ebay shipping to France, won't print label OR even on USPS.COM won't?

Hi everyone! I am trying to send a pair of jeans in a flat rate envelope to France. (i ship all over the country and have never had any problems but have never shipped to France) My problem is Paypal will not print the label. Everytime I try it tells me the site is experiencing problems but then I print a bunch of US or UK or Canada, variety of other countries and then come back the the France label it still won't go. I even printed a label from usps.com to ship via USPS Priority International and it prints the label but won't print the bar code. Any ideas or anyone else have these issues? Thanks for any suggestions!

1. I have no answer but I did have the same issue with Paypal. It seemed like France wasn't even an option? Now I have a parcel going with no bar code or tracking. Scary! Wish me luck. And Good Luck to you!
