Postal Letter

How do you ship things from Ebay? I am so confused.?

I sold something on ebay, and have to send it international. When I sent the invoice, I had a bunch of choices for shipping (I chose first class international in a thick envelope). Once she paid, I was preparing to print out the shipping label. It only gave me two options for shipping (express international and priority international)... Neither of them have a thick envelope as a choice. Priority international only has the choices of a flat rate box, a flat rate envelope, and a package. Would a thick envelope be considered a package? Also, how do you go about sending it. Can I send it USPS or do I have to use UPS because its international. Ebay already provides a shipping label, so can I just drop it in a drop box after I put the label on it?

  1. Go to your local post office, their employees there are trained to answer all your questions
  2. Would a thick envelope be considered a package? Yes, but the price is a little higher compared to using a USPS box or envelope. USPS has already stopped First Class mail so you only have three choices when shipping internationally - priority, express and Fedex express. It is better to ship USPS. Are you buying insurance? Can you just drop it in a drop box? NOOOOO -- unless you are sure you've got the CORRECT weight of the package and the correct amount
