does the border patrol offer employment through the mail?

i received a large envelope , its at the post office ill get it tommorow, the senders name was written by the postal carrier as washington, im hoping its washington dc. any ideas because i dont know i already did the whole process. My backround may have been completed, so im wonderin if that leter is the employment offer

1. No they do not. You have to apply on-line or by phone. Then set up a test date. They usually have testing days in multiple major cities. It maybe a job offer but not sure how they do that. But Good Luck!
2. If it is from the border patrol it must likely have come registered or certified mail. It just may be the results of your application with a job offer, or telling you when the next training classes start and seeing if you are available.
