Okay... ordered a FedEx ground package, it didn't get here within 5 days? Should i call?

Ok so i ordered a package last sunday thru fedex ground and it hasn't gotten here yet. On the website, it says that fedex ground will take a MAXIMUM of five business days within the contiguous US states. It didn't get here within 5 business days. what to do?

1. Go to the site and find a # for customer service and give them a call to see whats going on. They should have given you an order number and all that thru your e-mail, so have that ready when you call them.
