What are companies that are located nationwide in America (looking for a job)?

I want to move across the country a couple seasons from now but I want there to be a possibility of getting a job transfer so I'll be assured employment when I get there. I took the USPS postal exam but I'm really not sure anymore how likely I am to get a job with them anytime soon. Help. I need a job with a big company.
