USPS online Change of Address question?

There are 4 us in the family. We all came from the same apartment and moved to the same house. Do I need to fill out the online form 4 times, each in our name? Sorry, if the question sounds stupid. I've never done a Change of Address before and I don't know anyone else to ask. Thanks!

1. I'm in the same position! I have three people in my household all moving to the same house. I would, personally, fill one out for EVERYONE especially if they all receive mail in their names. That's just what occured to me yesterday lol. I figured that the "head of household" could just switch theirs but if the others get mail in only their names then it would go to the old house, or it seems :( lol.
2. As long as everyone in the household has the same last name, and you are all moving to the same new address, it's not necessary to fill out an individual form for each person, but it really isn't a bad idea to do that. Hope this helps.
3. Fill out one for each person. This will insure that all are covered. It will also close the gap if one person should move out or have mail from the past delivered. This is the only way to prevent lost mail.
