Postal Letter

Can anybody find a downloadable USPS change of address form (PS 3575). I can't get the online form to work.

For some reason, USPS only has an online form and I can't get that to work. I'm looking for one that I can download (probably in PDF format) and print out.

1. the online form charges you a small amount of dough on a credit card to prove who you are, this is how they authorize the change. At the bottom of this page they imply that they'll let you print the change of address form https://hdusps.esecurecare.net/cgi-bin/hdusps.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=6553 but you'll have to log in as the next step so I didn't go through it. Good enough dude? Gimme the points. I want the points. I need the points, dude, I need em bad, C'mon, I deserve em, I live for the points, I'll do anything FOR THE POINTS!!!!!
