how do I find where a tenant moved to when they don't fill out a change of address with the usps?

Moved oujut without paying the rent... Moved out without notice and didn't pay the rent

4. Send a regular letter to the old address and in the letter explain why you are trying to contact them. Its worth a try and the most it will cost you is a stamp.
