changing address with usps?

if i put permanent, i can still change it in the future right? when you move, what else do you get changed/forwarded besides usps? i'm getting overwhelmed. thx.

  1. if you put permanent, you can change from the new address to another address later. If you are subletting temporarily for a few weeks or months and will return home to the same address then, make the address change 'temporary'. When you move, you should change your address with your bank and your credit cards, and anyone else who might need to know. The USPS mail forwarding to the new address will continue for several months.
