usps price rate change and labels printed before the price change?

ok... the thing is that ive already bought some labels using the click n ship from usps.com but turns out that today the price rate went up so its different from the price i paid for the labels... will the post office return my packages even if the labels were paid and printed before the rate change?????

1. Yes. You will need to add extra postage even though the labels were printed earlier.
2. The reciepent may have to pay extra .25 cents to .50 cents. However If you ship it in the next 2-3 days you should have no problems. Just dont wait a week.
3. If the labels are already printed, you wont have a problem. You should try to be sure that packages go out the day you print the Label
