Does USPS priority mail include insurance and tracking number?

I thought that to send a package overseas using USPS priority mail, it includes online tracking number and a limited amount of insurance - up to $100 - does anyone know for sure? I looked there and it says you can purchase insurance but it also says there is Priority Mail® International Ordinary Indemnity for Priority Mail - but I cant find out how much the ordinary indemity is?
