Singapore post office department allows medicine to be delivered or not?

I am in Thailand. I want to post some of Thai herbal and Burmese herbal medicine to my parents in Singapore. It's not a problem for Thai post office but I would like to know whether S'pore post office would allow it or not.

1. Don't declare it as medicine. Use words like herbal tonic drink in the customs form. Do a trial shipment first.
