Postal Letter

I've ordered something from Amazon.com and it got sent via US Postal Service.?

Their website, with the tracking number, said they delivered it to me yesterday. They most certainly did not. Do I have any recourse? Who can i call?

3. Call UPS first, and have your tracking number ready. Also make sure that you have all your receipts of sale and records in case you have to contact the buyer. If UPS says they delivered it and you had to be present to receive it, you can pick it up at one of their posts (I had to do that with my laptop). When they come by with your package but it is not delivered, they are supposed to leave a form for you to take to the post. I hope you find your package! :) *crosses fingers*
4. Were you home all day yesterday,someone else in the family get it,there is so much stealing going on now days,it would have been nice for them to leave it with a neighbor.
