- well sometime u do hav 2 sign, other times not. but if ur not home they leave a note and either leave it in a hidden spot or they keep it at the post office and u can pick it up anytime
- Yes, you have to sign for packages... This has nothing to do with eBay, computers, or the internet.... this is just basic package delivery... If you are not there, they will leave a post-it style note on your door with all the details u need.
- for the phone you might have to sign, if youre not home, they will leave a not and come every day for 5 days, then you have to go pick it up. The battery will probobly just be put in your mailbox.
- Yes you have to sign for the package. I did when I bought something on ebay. But who the hell buys a phone on ebay? You can get those anywhere. If you bought it at the mall or somewhere else local, you would have it right away, it would have been cheaper, and you wouldn't have to worry about UPS losing or destroying your package. UPS can break an anvil. Oh and calling me a douche? Well that's flag worthy.
- It depends on the instructions the seller gave to UPS or USPS when shipping. If the seller desires a signature confirmation, then you'll have to sign for it....if not, not.
- There are several factors to whether you have to sign for your situation. UPS has a policy that if your package is over 100 dollars.. you have to sign for it. You may also have to sign for it if the person your buying the phone from asks that UPS has you sign for it. To find out if you do is easy. Go to the ups site, and type in your tracking number. It will tell you if you need to sign for it on arrival. They will also call you (atleast they did when i bought my vaporizer) a day or two before delivery telling you this. Now if you know your not going to be home there is three options UPS gives you. You can reschdule another time for them to bring it. You can tell them to give it to a trusted neighbor who would sign for it. And the last option would be to pick it up at your local UPS store. Now as far as the mailman goes... I have not a damn clue. Who sends stuff in the mail anyway?
- A phone? No, you will not have to be home to sign for it. That package will be small enough that your carrier will place it in your mailbox. No signing required.
