How can I get the mailman to stop by everyday?

I understand that postal carriers are under no obligation to pick up my outgoing mail but how can I get him to stop by every day (even on days when we have no incoming mail )anyway since he walks right by my businesses' office? We have to watch and then chase him to get the mail out that day. He's a grumpy old man but you'd think he'd get our point. It's pretty irritating.

1. Send a blank letter to your own office every day. Second class would be the cheapest option, and you could grab him every day then.
2. complain to the postal office where he works. and there is no way that he'll stop by on a day where you don't get mail. sorry it just doesn't work like that
