How Do I Purchase US Stamps If I'm Not Residing in the USA?

Here's the situation. I'm a writer & I need US stamps to stick onto my self-addressed envelopes (SASE), which I enclose within my enquery letters to literary agents in the States. It's very important to include a SASE, or you'll never hear from the literary agent again. Does anyone know the postal address of the USPS, so that I can write to them, to purchase US stamps from outside the USA? Or if you could give me the address of the main US Post Office, where they have this service? Thank you in advance for your help.

1. Just order them online and have them mail it to you. They most certainly have a website. Or get someone in the US to mail you a stamp or send the SASE for you.
