FedEx says 'package data transmitted to FedEx.' How long does it take from this point?

I have ordered tickets from StubHub for an event that I need to fly across the country for. The shipping on the tickets were 2-day. I bought the tickets on Dec. 11th. I received the confirmation e-mail from the ticket seller and acquired a FedEx tracking number. On Dec. 12th at 5:00AM it said 'package data transmitted to FedEx'. And the expected delivery date is Dec. 16th. Should the tracking status still say 'package data transmitted'? Or should it have been in shipment already?

1. I think fed ex might not have picked it up from its original location yet. Something similar happened to us last month and it wasn't until I tracked it every day that no other fedex remarks where. The company, not yours, was a real waste of time, we had to intercept the tickets 6 hour round trip or we weren't going to a $500 concert that we paid for. It was a nightmare so I hope you don't have to go through something like that. Be persistent tomorrow or ifthey are opened now, get names, talk to managers, they are probably going to have to overnite it or you go pick it up so that you see your concert on time. sorry your having to go through it too. good luck.
