What is the USPS formula for determining Express, Priority and Parcel Post Costs?

I have a spreadsheet and a need to add some formulas to figure out the cost of differant shipping costs including USPS Express Mail, Priority Mail, and Parcel Post according to the dimensions and weight of the large packages. I can't figure out what the formula or rate is? Does anybody know? They are all leaving from zip 00830 to zip 00612. I have tons of scenarios I need to find the rates for and it will take a long time if I have to enter each of them manually into the usps website.

1. Check out usps.com. They have rate calculators for everything. The formulas are probably too complex, it probably would be better just to look up the costs of the packages you want to send based on size, weight, and zip codes.
