  1. so go postal then.
  2. Sometimes it can just be the way the Supervisors and Postmaster view certain people. They believe that because you were smart enough to pass the test and get hired on that the physical part of it would be a breeze. Some people just don't cut other people any slack.
  3. sounds really messed up, but keep ya head up and you will improve, hopefully....
  4. There is sonething you aren't telling us. How big of an area are these 400 houses? Or is it a rural route?
  5. Hmm... so you were expected to be ready in 3 days or did you fail to pay attention, ask for specific training and practice, and give the job your all? Job applicants should understand what is required of them when they apply for a job as well as employers should be selective in who they chose to do a job properly. It sounds like a bad match for you and the position. While obviously you did not get enough training, you are also responsible for providing as much effort as possible and being honest when you applied for the job. If you think you can do the job or need something to do the job, don't gripe, be honest with the postmaster and create a plan for you to do the job properly. Saying that "They did not give you enough training" fails to admit that you have some responsibility in seeking the training you need.
