Sorry, I just asked this but...What's it like to work as a mailman/woman?

I just wanted to know how it was being a mail carrier. I was curious and thinking of doing this as a job for a while. I heard it pays well. What are the pros and cons of this job? What does the job entail...besides the obvious delivering mail. Any and all information will be most helpful! Thanks so much!

1. It's not real easy to get hired, can take a couple years after you first apply and take the test, if you get hired at all. Yes, it does pay well. Weather some days can be a con. and you'd have to be in pretty good physical condition.
