Postal Letter

What exactly does 'enroute' mean by usps? Froe usps employees or anyone who knows about shipping.?

Two days ago it was scanned in NJ and the package is supposed to arrive in PA. When should I expect it?

Public Comments

  1. enroute means it is between here and there...
  2. On its way. It also depends on the shipping method. It was probably ground since you didn't get it yet, but it will probably be there within a day or two.
  3. En route is the terminology that USPS, DHL, FedEx or UPS uses to let you know that the package is on it's way. i wouldn't be surprised if you got your package today. Sometimes the electronic system won't get updated for awhile.
  4. enroute = in route means it is in process from one destination to another.
