  2. doesnt surprise me aside from from the recession alot has to do with the technology..the only "mail" of importance i get is a delivery from ups or fedex..all bills, bank statements etc are paperless
  3. No and no. The definition of a recession is two or more quarters of negative growth and we have had one yet.

  5. Sounds great to me. Then there would be openings for many new people with USPS. Right now they give tests for applicants every 3-4 years.
  6. that can have little to do with recessions. Companies try to be more efficient all of the time.
