Microsoft Outlook Express?

I have a free web based account (e.g hotmail) with POP3 access which I used for receiving my mails in Outlook Express. After everything, I managed to see all my mails in Outlook but in my free web based email account, every mail from inbox is gone, can someone please help me retreiving and leaving a copy in there before transfering mail to Outlook from now on, many thanks for your help inadvance.

1. You need to go back and change the settings on your POP3 access. From the Hotmail Help section: To verify that your POP mail settings are set up correctly in Hotmail, do the following: Click Options. On the left side of the page, click Mail, and then click POP Mail. Verify your settings. For assistance in completing the form, click Help in the upper-right corner. If all of your settings are correct, but you are still unable to retrieve your POP messages, contact your Internet service provider (ISP) and double-check your POP settings. There should be an option there to 'leave message on server'.
