How much does it cost mail a letter in the US?

This the first time i've had to mail one of my magazine subsriptions of using a stamp and i have now idea how many stamps or how much it is to mail a letter. If it helps its Nylon magazine and im thinking it being mailed in the US. Oh and Happy Thanksgiving!

You can even print off the postage on line with or without a mailing label. The second ounce is 17 cents; however, if you are mailing something the size of a magazine, the rate changes. You'll be able to use the calculator at the site but you will need to know the weight of the item.
