What's the fastest way to mail something to the Philippines?

Trying to mail a document sized envelope with legal papers to the Philippines. Destination city would be Digos or Davao city. Need to get it there fast and have had hit or miss luck mailing things in the past by USPS air mail.

1. Purolator, FedEx or DHL. Personally tried Purolator for someone in Mindanao; it's reliable. Good luck.
2. I have used UPS for the Philippines with no problem. I think Fed ex would be good to. But be prepared to pay much for the services.

5. I sent a christmas gift to Manila the first week of December and it arrived the end of January, and i sent it priority!! Now if i want to send anything else, I'll send it FedEx Im thinking...anything except the USPS ! !
6. usps is cheaper global express mail. other services are expensive.

8. FedEx And sign up over the phone with them for a FedEx account this way when you send things and they get held at customs which sometimes can happen, you can pay the duties and taxes instead of your recipient there in the phils.
