What is the best way to mail a dead fish?

I intend to mail a dead fish to a friend of mine, Rahm Emanuel style. What's the best way to package it? Plastic bag? Tupperware? I don't want to preserve it; the more rotten, the better! Does UPS have any rules against shipping decaying sea creatures?

2. I don't think you will be able to send that dead thing thru UPS and FEDEX or DHL, in the first place, they would have to ask you what were you sending. Except if you will make false declaration,it may but it may also not.
3. Use a small plastic box tightly wrapped in nylon to stop the smell from oozing out. I like your style, BTW. I had a similar plan of mailing 500 live fleas to a dude.
