is there a us postal shipping service that ships from online store to canada?

I want to buy cosmetics from Hard Candy, but I live in Canada and they don't ship there. Is there a postal service in the US that will let you put in their address for where to ship the cosmetics to, and then the postal service ships it to canada?

1. No, basically because of payment gateways and because of fraud. The online store is the only authority that will allow or not allow shipping to certain regions and its must be to the address applied.
