Which band is better: The Postal Service or Deathcab for Cutie?

I hear that these two bands have the same lead singer, but The postal Service is techno, and Deathcab for Cutie is rock. So, which band is better? Support your choice with your favorite song by that band.

2. hmmm toughie lol. The Postal Service has Clark Gable and Such Great Heights, both of which are great and for a techno/indie/alternative song, its really original and real.Their sound is really eclectic but i have to say Death Cab, because their lyrics are so insanely great and most of their songs move me, and their sound is so easy to love. of course, "i will follow you into the dark", also, "crooked teeth" thats a cool one.
3. I'd say the Postal Service. Remember Radiohead? Back in the day when they still played traditional instruments? Thats kind of how I feel about the relationship between Death Cab for Cutie and The Postal Service. There are definately a few winners in the Death Cab library, like Title & Registration, Debate Exposes Doubt, and What Sarah Said. For whatever reason though the Postal Service just sounds better to me. I'm never really NOT in the mood for it. A song like the District Sleeps Alone Tonight you can listen to whether your in a good or bad mood, it fluxuates between joy and ...well, that other thing. Favorites you ask? The District Sleeps Alone Tonight, Brand New Colony, and Recylced Air.
