How old do you have to be to obtain an EIN to run a business? Or a delivery vendor's license in Ohio?

I was wondering what the minimum age is to obtain and EIN and delivery vendor's license to buy wholesale and resell on the internet.. Or is there any minimum age?

1. EIN = Employers Identification Number, a federal IRS identity Vendor's license is a local/state tax license. You must be 18 years old to enter into legal contracts in the US (and most other countries too). Obtaining an EIN and/or a vendor's license would both be considered legal contracts. So, 18.
