Is Fedex Kinko's self service a waste of money?

I was at Fedex today and needed to print something. The LAZY employees told me to go to the SELF-SERVICE area. I went and it said 45 cents per minute. I did not mind since I know I could print quick. It took over 5 minutes for everything to load. What's funny is that the time kept going even though the system froze. I ended paying $5 for something that only cost $2! Anyone else had this experience with Fedex?

1. i thought they charge per print out. but the last time i went to self service, someone helped me anyway. so i was happy with their service.
2. The Self Service is actually called Assisted Service so an employee should be more than willing to help you... If you are unhappy with your visit or problems with the computer a Manager should credit you for the time the computer froze, They should have other computers for .20 a min as well.
