Postal Letter

Can someone claim to not receive a parcel even though postal service claims it was left with building manager?

I send a person a parcel via usps, registered mail. The person was not at home and the mailman left the parcel with the building manager. Now, this person claims they have never received the package. I contacted the postal service and they say it was left with the manager. What can I do?

  1. Contact the manager and ask them to let you know what they did with the package, possibly in writing. ✩
  2. I'd call USPS again, ask them what you can do if you suspect the building manager stole your package.
  3. have them do an investigation if the manager kept it its mail fraud and if the person did recieve it they will get in trouble ..
