What's it like working at Fedex Kinko's?

I want to apply to a job opening they have. It is a customer service associate. I just want to know what its like working there? Are customers rude? Is it a fast paced environment? And also, does management put any pressure on associates to make customers buy extra/other services and products? I worked electronics retail and management always tried to make me attach 500 dollar attachments (warranties, accessories, etc.) to every purchase one makes. I didnt like that pressure, especially since most of the customers paying for the TV dont have the money to buy the other stuff. Is it the same at Kinko's, where they would try to make me upsell their original purchase and make them buy more things they probably don't want or need?
