Why is Kinko's service so bad?

Anyone else get bad FedEx Kinko's service out there?

1. maybe they just need to hire more knowledable people.
2. They have created a "Do it yourself" store. Things are laid out so that you can come in and make your own copies, etc. without the assistance of store staff. This allows them to cut down on overhead, which makes them more money. This also lowers the price to you. The flip side, however, is that not everything can be self service. When the store gets busy with this kind of trade, you see what you are referring to as bad service.
